Furthermore, this is just an embarassing and pointless trade.. Brewer is an RFA and my guess is he'll command at least 2 mill a year. So if we say he gets 2.5 mill.. I was hoping we wouldn't get a suitor and end up having to keep him through the season where someone would buy the team and sign him to a long-term deal.. Just didn't say it out loud in fear of a jinx... :cry: I'm still waiting til this is final though.. Edmonton doesn't seem the likeliest of teams...
