One of the most enjoyable games of the season last night. Hopefully, it wasn't just the result of adrenaline and emotions from the first game under Yeo as HC, along with the highly-emotional Plager ceremony. Perhaps it signaled a change...maybe.

Obviously hoping the best for the new skipper. While this may not have exactly been a desperate measure, these have become desperate times. Maybe Yeo can lead the Blues back to the light.

While it's nice to see the Blues get national TV exposure, these NBCS games are never as fun to watch without Kelly and Pang, and with Mike Milbury usually coming up with some negative angle about the Blues during intermissions. Today it became official that my NFL team is moving to LA. So, in a completely irrational attempt to feel some sense of personal vengeance, I will be rooting extra hard tonight for the Blues to annihilate LA.

I guess this is sort of stating the obvious, but if last night's game is on home ice, the Blues would've been scoring the empty-netter at the end.

Nobody seems to like home cooking more than the Blues this season. The highest possible seed is going to be critical.
