hard to believe but the caps have a worse PP% than us and with the Hawks going 0 for 1 and us 1 for 1 in the first, I think we are just above them now

That was completely unexpected. yea go figure power play actually looked good on the plays that led to goals -- doing things they usually don't like quick puck movement and player rotation still have more shorties than power plays -- that's gotta be a record for this far into the season I'd think

I would not have guessed we are just a game under .500 against the aves over our last 10 games

my guess for today
either we go 0-5 on the power play, the aves go 2-2 and score a shortie and we lose 4-2
or
we win 1-0
as Pete Davidson says on the commercial I don't know, I don't even know

I wonder what the record for most power plays in a game without scoring is

failed to score on a 2 minute 5-on-3 and really didn't generate any quality chances.
and the yotes score on their pp of course.
