Dang. He always seemed like a mild-mannered guy. Almost too much so, insomuch as he never really made the most of his size. I remember after the trade to Buffalo, he ended up leaving the NHL due to depression/emotional issues. I guess this is an outgrowth of those deeper issues he was dealing with.

Like too many Blues games recently, you could feel the L coming. Jump out to an early multi-goal lead, slowly let the other team back into the game with lazy play, then give up the go-ahead goal (or tying goal in this game) late in the 3rd.

These are the games you have to win. Last year we saw the Blues lose way too many games to middling teams.
