Your best bet may be to call the Rivermen and have them do it.

Even River City Sports, my go to company, doesn't customize AHL jerseys.

I guess I'll give them (the team) a call.

Peoria Rivermen will only customize a jersey with sublaminated name and number. They won't make an authentic jersey, time and money. The Rivermen used to have a place that did authentic jerseys, but it took too long to get the jersey and they wanted more than the NHL charges to customize a jersey.
