1 Minute penalties in overtime is stupid. If a home player takes a 2 minute penalty with 1 second left in the third period and a visiting player takes a 1 minute penalty 1 second into overtime, the visiting players gets out of the box a minute earlier. It is rare to see a penalty called by a honest ref in overtime, most penalties are called by vindictive, petty refs.
