She's a Swedish swimsuit model, Elin Grindemyr. Very little info available, I only have a few other pictures of her, and they're both with her just wearing a Santa cap and a bikini bottom (though she is covering up).

Yeah, I thought that the requirements included a top, but I saw Veronika's picture, and thought it might be OK as long as nothing indecent was showing.

Besides, how could any picture of that girl be wrong? :D
