I love how a 2.4 million dollar house lists "near public transportation" as a selling feature. Like you're really going to be out there waiting for the bus to your 9-5 job everyday.

They list "garbage disposal" as an amenity too. WTF? How about focusing on the solid gold staircase? Or the 7 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms.

I doubt a garbage disposal would be a deal breaker for this house.

Bah...I just saw that the basement bathroom is only "roughed in". A two million dollar house and they didn't finish the basement? Why?
