We reviewed all of the Reverse Retro jerseys on last week's show. Here's our review of the Blues jersey. (we graded each jersey on a scale of 1-100 and totaled up the scores to get the Top 5 & Bottom 5 jerseys)

Nothing surpasses the Ducks monstrosity though.

The Gorton's fisherman was an abomination back in the day but looking back it was actually kind of cool. I remember one time, my 9th grade social studies teacher was originally from Minnesota and a huge hockey fan so he would arrange field trips to go to Islander games. He would advertise them as "cultural enrichment trips" to get the principals approval even though he would have approved them anyway. So one time we're at Islanders/Leafs and my friend is just heckling the hell out of the Islanders all night for their jersey and this random guy just walks up to him, takes his jersey off and hands it to him. Just said here, you can have it. No one wanted those, not even the Isles fans.

I said during the podcast, that the Islanders could have brought back the Fisherman jersey and instead of "Reverse Retro-ing" it, they could have just fixed it to make it look good.

I do like Curt's second offering... the yellow one. I'd pay for that. This one the team came up with? I'd have to be paid to even consider putting that one on.

To each his own. I like the slightly thinner, slightly stretchy, softer shirts. And yes, of course...sensitive nips.

it's almost like someone in marketing didn't understand why the original (the reverse of the reverse retro) is the least sold Blues jersey and has been called the "clown" jersey.

Of course, there are a bunch of younger folks on a Discord channel who think it's neat, because the clown jersey was their "first" as a kid.

It's disgusting, IMO.
