Post GDT #39: Blues vs Predators

Well, 1st period of that one the Blues looked like half a team which hadn't played for a week - which was pretty much the case - then what a mostly healthy roster looks like took care of business.

Kinda crazy finally seeing Saros come back to earth with some of the goals he allowed, although 2 of the Blues rush goals were great examples of royal road passes with the receiver firing a one timer before the goalie can truly square the way he'd want.

Wasn't thrilled with most of the 3rd with the Blues seemingly content to play a more defensive game being up 4-2. This Blues team doesn't play that style of hockey well. They are more effective focusing on attacking. We'll see how this plays out down the stretch.

My wife started calling Saros "Cheddars" because his legs pads looked like huge slabs of cheese.
