Giving up goals isn't forbidden, per se. It's scoring less than you give up which is what we shouldn't be doing. I'm thrilled we can put up 3 against Phoenix but Phoenix doesn't concern me. I'm concerned about facing Pekka Rinne Mr I don't give up shit because I'm a (Franking) awesome goalie in a 7 game playoff series, and likewise concerned about facing Detroit we'll fly all over the ice and beat you wherever we can especially at home in a 7 game series.

The Blues handled business tonight, however, Phoenix played a less than inspired game. Who the hell do they even have o their team? A guy named Keilbasa and one named Yapple Dapple.

Shane Doan should quit the NHL and join the Mantracker full time, he will have a better chance of making it to the playoffs by winning a trip on a game show.

He'll probably give it a go with Quebec next year then ask for a deadline trade if nothing pans out.

I'm not concerned with any of that right now. I'm concerned with just making the playoffs since we've missed them 5 of the last 6 years.

It looks like the frustration with Shanahan and the NHL office of player safety amongst Blues fans, management, television/radio personalities and members of the press is spilling over into published work.
