What advice can you give me on field hockey? I'm 14 and not in the best shape. I am planning on trying out for field hockey but am extremely nervous because I've barely even played before. I know its kinda like soccer and I did play socccer for about 4 years. Try-outs are in two weeks and any help would be greatly apprieciated.
