He brings up a good point- I mean its very possible that the Penguins WITH Hossa lose in the Cup Finals, or never even get there- instead of winning it without him.

And now he has to find a deal somewhere - wherever he thinks has the best chance to win the Cup. As long as it isn't St Louis, I'll take the Vegas odds against whichever team he picks winning.

How exactly did he whore himself out? Not like he went to a shit team or anything just for the money, he went to the team he thought he had the best chance to win the cup. In retrospect was it a bad move? Probably, but it is hardly whoring himself out. He didn't wanna play in Pittsburgh and he picked the right team to leave them for.
