I think the PP will be vastly different next season, and Tkachuk should be much more effective. The Blues had almost no threats at all from the point last year. This year they'll have Johnson and maybe Pietrangelo taking shots from the point, with Tkachuk there for deflections and rebounds. Plus they should have a healthy Kariya cycling from the half boards, just like the first part of the season when Tkachuk had so many PPGs. I'd be surprised if Tkachuk didn't get at least 10 PPGs next season.

We'll see. I hope you're right.

Speaking of the power play, I don't think it was talked about enough by anyone whether on here or in the media, of the amazing turn around that our power play went through between last year and this. Last season it was atrocious near the bottom and this year it was top 10 in the league, that is incredible and is a big reason why we didn't were able to make the run we were able to, along with Mason standing on his head. The lack luster power play, I think is also a huge reason why we fizzled out the second half of the season last year.
