I like the earlier start... but I watch 90% of the games from home and timeshifted... so it's not a big deal.

This isn't any different than how it was two years ago. Hell, how do you people make it to baseball games on time? I don't forsee this turning in to a massive attendance issue.
If you miss an inning or two of baseball (the games start at 7:15 usually), it is not a big deal. If you miss 10 minutes of a first period, it is a bigger deal.
