JD said today that EJ weighs 235 lbs with 7% body fat...that there is a man...I don't care how young our D is, Pietrangelo has to play and play a lot this year, along with EJ. They will be fine.

Yah, in that same interview JD said they know how young they'd be on D if Pietrangelo made the team but they said thay are OK with that and that if he earned it, he'd stick.

JD was also sure to point out that the team has the 9 game option at the beginning of the season again.

Also mentioned that Perron bulked up 10 lbs and Berg put on 15 lbs.

Let's not forget that he called out TJ for not being around as much.
