Good for them to try and make up for the 98% of fans who couldn't afford the several thousand dollars to go to Sweden and watch the Blues on their season opener...

Cool though that the concessions will be open. They should offer special menu prices for this.

That's a good idea and I appreciate no gate fee (which means I'll probably buy overpriced food from them).

Very cool. Especially since you have to have either...

1) Charter
or
2) The highest Dishnetwork package
or
3) ATT Uverse

...to watch Versus now. All of us DirecTV folks are getting the shaft.

Sounds cool.

I keep hearing that the game on Friday will not be shown on TV live. Word on the street is that it will be taped and played at night on Friday, but Saturday's game will be live. Anyone else hear this?

They say this cat Shaft is a bad mother...

I just hope I can pick the game up on radio or at least the internet at work.

My Dish Network programming guide originally showed that the Friday game broadcast would be a tape delay, but it is now back to game time. So who knows.

Anyone interested in gonig to a bar to watch this on Friday. It'll be WAY cheaper than treking down to the arena and paying $8 a beer. I was thinking of just going to O.B. Clarks or Bobby's Place...

For some reason, I found this statement funny.

Translation: My friends probably won't want to go, so any of you online losers want to join me?

Luckily I have Dish, so the game will be on the DVR by the time I get home from work. Now all I have to do is refrain from checking the score during the day...
