Scottrade Dance Party or Hockey Game

I went to two Blues games recently and was really taken back by the amount of "DANCING" and "DANCE MUSIC”?

Are you kidding me!!!

It's bad enough the players barely get enough time to build chemistry in between commercial breaks and now they are subjected to listening to dance party USA. No wonder they are doing poorly. The event resembles nothing of a Hockey game, period.

Here's an analogy, the attempt to put video games in churches to get kids to come. Yes, you have been fooled and I know it hurts, I am sure your pride will conjure up some excuse for rationalization.

I am glad their business model is working, but don't dare try tell me you are selling "Hockey" tickets.

This, exactly this. I especially hate it when we are playing like shit and people are dancing for the camera. The music has been exceptionally bad this year.

Better than listening to 70s Gunther Hair Rock during every TO.

I've had a blast at all the games I've been to.

The dancing usher is hilarious.

Lighten up, or don't go. People go to watch a game and have a good time. It's not like they're dancing while the action is going on.

It's a game dude.

And believe it or not, not every single person with a butt in a seat is a fan.

I'm guessing my daughter will enjoy the dancing. We'll be at the game this Saturday vs Sharks in 3rd jerseys. She'll be wearing and Oshie (very oversized btw) I'll have on the big Johnson (pun intended)

At least we've been saved by Cotton Eye Joe.
