GDT: Blues vs Kings 3pm CDT (FSMW,KMOX)

BLUES PREVIEW — The Blues fell 2-1 to Los Angeles in the teams' first meeting of the season Oct. 10 at Scottrade Center. The only goal for the Blues was a short-handed tally by Alex Steen.
KINGS PREVIEW — Los Angeles has 17 wins, which is tied for the second-most in the Western Conference. The Kings have won three consecutive games, picking up 12 goals in that streak.
WHAT TO WATCH — LA hasn't been good in afternoon starts this season. The Kings fell 3-1 to the Nashville Predators in a matinee Nov. 7 and two weeks later lost 5-2 to the Calgary Flames.
INJURIES — Blues — D Eric Brewer (back), LW D.J. King (hand), out. Kings — RW Brandon Segal (knee), questionable; C Andrei Loktionov (shoulder), LW Ryan Smyth (upper body) and D Rob Scuderi (lower body), out.

Winner!! Although the short-handed goal we gave up looked like the 3 Stooges on ice.

Again: this defense is freaking embarassing. And when you blow this many final-minute leads, I have to question your heart as a team.

The Blues are just trying to give us more entertainment per game. The overtime and shootout are "bonus" gifts to us the fans. All those poor fans who have to go home after their team wins in regulation don't know what they're missing.
