Comcast here in Portland only provides NHL Network for a huge added charge. So, even though I shell out $150.00+ for Center Ice I get screwed out of watching games on this channel.

We are over .500 vs. the Wings since '06. They haven't had our number for a few years now...even though it still seems like it.
What's great is.... Detroit just isn't as impressive or scary as they once were. They have NOTICEABLY come back to the pack...and then some.
Remember how every year for the past 7 or 8 years, we've been saying, "I can't wait for Detroit to NOT be a great team". Well, unless they make a few moves to get better, that time is now.

Totally agree Curt, but they are short due to injuries. With that said,

Pfft... injuries are part of the game. Blues fans know this more than most fans.
They get absolutely no sympathy from me for their injury issues...it seems we've had serious injury issues every year except this one.
On another note...
We only have 3 regulation losses in our last 11 games...and we have now taken 7 out of a possible 8 pts. from Detroit this year.
If we could just win at home and score an occasional power play goal, we'd be unbeatable.
