I am just glad we got the win. When you blow out the other team with SOG and still only score once you best hope your goalie is smoking hot. We did not play with a lot of energy early on and I think we got lucky that MN was on the second part of a back to back. Krigloch you were in our area and didn't stop to say hello?

only if the t-shirt has a toof-less tkachuk smiling on the back..

I'll take 2 (2xl-t or a 3xl if no talls ;))
I can't find a picture of Backes laughing but on the Blues website they got a nice picture of toof-less Walt.

When you see that pic of Walt you can almost hear a banjo in the background playing.

Forget Boston, Walt’s retiring to the Ozarks.

Got stuck at work late doing my 2009 eval, so I grabbed a beer and watched this game on my laptop. (Franking) great. Harding really was the difference, that game should have been 4-0 after the first. Of course, some of that is on Kariya and to a lesser extend on the other forwards - when the goalie is down, you gotta know how to roof it instead of stuffing it into their (Franking) pad.

All in all, I was pleased, though I was glad I was distracted for the 6on5 at the end of the 3rd, because when I saw on the highlights how we were scrambling around, not clearing the puck and leaving Mason out to dry at the end of a game again, it pissed me off something mighty.

Happy for Mase FINALLY getting his first shutout of the year, he was sharp when he needed to be. Reminded me of last year's performance.
