I can't find video of it yet, but pretty much the entire Hockey world is in arms this morning calling for a suspension.
If anyone can find a pic or video and post it here it would be greatly appreciated.
I was at the game, but I’d sure like a better view.

I thought it looked like a slew foot when I watched it live on TV. I don't think he ment to do it, but it just kind of happened.
Sorry can't find video either...

No way. I watched the replay a few times and they just got tangled up and went into the board awkwardly. I didn't even think it was worth the holding penalty he got honestly... and that's not just me being a homer.
The play did look dangerous... and it was dangerous... but it was not intentional.

I was at the game too and I can see where the holding call came from since he had his hand on his shoulder but I did not see a slewfoot. Granted I have only seen the one replay that they showed at the game and if he did slewfoot him, both guys went down just as hard into the boards and could have been hurt.
What was the worst thing about the whole incident was Boogieman getting just two minutes for all the punches he threw.

All this talk and no video. It didn't look that bad to me, looked like it was an accident and Oshie expected it as much as the other guy did.

If Oshie was taking him out he sure did a bad job of it because they both went into the board completely awkwardly. Oshie went in head first on his back at full speed... I'm sure thats EXACTLY what he was going for... right...

Does a slewfoot have to be intentional?

Oshie is on the Bernie show right now...
he said....
"It was a good call, I watched the replay and it was a penalty......
I didn't mean to slewfoot him, I'm not that kind of player."

Until this morning I had never even heard of the term "slew-foot". I don't know what it is and don't care what it is. That play was just good hard hustle towards the puck. If the Wild want to continue to bitch about it then that just makes them a bunch of pansy ass jabronis!

Ya, he slew-footed him, but there's no way he did it intentionally.
I thought it was two guys fighting hard for a puck and they both lost all their edges and crashed into the boards at high speed.

Paging Colie Campbell, but you're being summoned again. Andrew Ebbett left the arena tonight in a neck brace because of neck, back and shoulder spasms after T.J. Oshie, who scored the lone goal 26 seconds into the third, executed a textbook slewfoot. Referees Kevin Pollock and Ian Walsh didn't think so. If they did, Oshie would have gotten a match penalty and the Wild a five-minute power play in a 1-0 deficit.
One of the most dangerous hits I've seen. Oshie grabbed across Ebbett's chest, swept his legs out from under him and Ebbett's head slammed against the ice while he crashed into the boards. Ebbett tried to soften the blow with his shoulders and back, he said, which is why he thinks he's paying the price now. Better than head smacking directly against the ice, however.
Pretty huge non-call. Wild didn't even get a power play out of it because the holding minor on Oshie -- one Richards claimed was told to him by the refs would not have been called if there wasn't a scrum after -- was offset by Derek Boogaard's roughing minor.
Ebbett doesn't think he's had a recurrence of the concussion that knocked him out of the lineup for five games in December, but he couldn't move his head after the game. Read the quotes in the gamer.
We'll see what Campbell thinks of it.

Battling for the puck is not allowed in the No Hitting League!
What a bunch of crap. Oshie plays hard, but not dirty. He's no Marchment or anything.

We should be slewfooting as much as possible.

One of the most exaggerated, inaccurate, biased, homer statements I have seen in some time.
And how convenient. The commenting application is currently not functional on that site.
I was going to register and leave my two cents.
