Missing Forum Header?

The forum header was removed so the CMS header could be used since the forum currently lives within a wrapper in the CMS.

If you no longer see the header for the forum, go here: http://www.letsgoblues.com/cms/ and browse to the Forum from there.

Some people may have a direct link to the forum bookmarked, which is outside of the CMS. If that is the case, the header and navigation won't show up.

I'll probably end up designing a separate header for the forum, similar to the one for the rest of the site, and then take the forum out of the wrapper so it can be at 100% width. But that won't come until I bridge the CMS and the forum.

The reason I have the forum inside the CMS wrapper right now, is because if it wasn't, there wouldn't be a header and there wouldn't be any navigation...and people wouldn't have access to the rest of the site.

Yes people, there are other parts of the site besides the forum...especially the "Resources" section. If you haven't checked it out, that section has a ton of great links (one may even go so far as to call them, "resources") that have been gathered by yours truly and put all in one place for your convenience. Tons of good stuff in there, and those links come in handy for discussing hockey here. I use it all of the time to look up stats, or when someone becomes a free agent, what someone's salary is, what a specific rule is, who was drafted where in a given year, what the Oakland Seals jerseys looked like, the history of the Canada Cup, the entire collective bargaining agreement, etc., etc.

hey Curt, I don't know if this is affecting anyone else, but it's a real pain in the ass. When I click to reply, it takes me all the way to the bottom of the thread and I have to scroll up to the text box. Especially frustrating when it's a long thread.

Like I said, all of these little things will be fixed when I have time to put a header on the forum and take it out of the main site's wrapper.

Be patient guys. I'm adding all kinds of things to improve the site and adjustments will need to be made along the way.

FYI it does the same thing when you go back to the same forum section too. Just lending a hand on fixing the bugs.
