The St. Louis Blues have alerted teams of defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo's availability and will consider interest in pending UFAs Keith Tkachuk and Paul Kariya...


and

Don't be surprised if Tkachuk or Kariya are playing elsewhere by March 3rd...


Not to anyone's surprise this but some confirmation of what we have been talking about here.

Colaiacovo, don't like it. Tkachuk, would trade to a cup contender. Kariya, I will be throwing a going away party when he's traded.

If they trade Carlo, there best be a suitable replacement for him in the lineup, and by suitable I don't mean Sydor.
