WAS made a trade to MIN for a D-man, so I think he'll be playing with us on Thursday...sigh. :goblues:

That makes it even worse. I had such high hopes for the guy, and he's a really great guy to be around. He's just not a top 2 defensemen. If he was just a ‘guy’ making 1 or 2 mill, I don’t think he’d catch as much crap.

1) Jackman is mediocre. He is a #4 defenseman at best making about $1MM/yr more than he's actually worth. It's not really his fault I hate him. I'm just sick of coaches putting him out there 25+ minutes a game and announcers talking about what a "warrior" and a "horse" he is back on defense. He's a mediocre defenseman just like the rest of our defense corps.

2) Colaiacovo is mediocre as well. He should be let go as well. Don't give him an overpriced contract to keep him like we did with Brewer and Jackman. Sign a FA or trade for a d-man that is actually worth a damn.
