Blues sign prospect Evgeny Skachkov

As reported by Sport Express, quoting his agent Vyacheslav Makhrensky, Russian forward Evgeny Skachkov has been signed by the St. Louis Blues to an Entry Level Contract.

I'm very excited to see this player play one year with Peoria then sign with the KHL!!!
