ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced Wednesday the club has given qualifying offers to Nicholas Drazenovic, Jaroslav Halak, T.J. Hensick, Cam Janssen, Erik Johnson, Jonas Junland, D.J. King, David Perron, Ryan Reaves, Alex Steen and Tyson Strachan.
