Couple things.

WTF is the toystory second mask (it's linked at the bottom of the page linked in this thread)? Seriously, I rarely say this about anything, but that lid is in fact totally ghey. Totally. Franking. GHEY.

The Lazer idea is a no brainer. Why? Because Brewer spends so much time looking back at his own goalie watching the guy that just burned him that Brewer would surely be blind as well... which would mean he would either (a) be better than he is now or (b) be put out of the lineup permanently.

Looks...uh...different.
Apparently the cowboy cartoon guy was his favorite cartoon as a kid...and the bull playing the guitar is on there because he is a Taurus.

Aside from the cartoon figures, it could have been a cool mask.

I think it looks corny.

Looks like something a chunky hoosier would get airbrushed on an oversized white sweatshirt at a mall kiosk.

I think it would have been fine if the image of Plante was of him making a save or something. Liut and Fuhr look good...but Plante? Meh, not so much.

Just like NHL jerseys...less is usually more with goalie masks. Keep it simple and don't try and do too many things.







Leighton's mask might be the best one in the NHL...very cool.

The latter is a good idea. Aim at the mask instead of the 5 hole, it's a save every time.
