I blame the people in Top shelf...I really noticed this about 2 years ago with all the them putting their hands in the air and waving them around. And then last year with the all the young kids they see them doing it, they just copied them.

Whoops, I didn't even watch the video, but you're right, that's not the power play dance. If I'm not mistaken, I think I saw Reelbluesfan in the middle of that row doing the pelvic thrusts. Just sayin'.
