A bunch of threads/posts got lost yesterday. We suspect it was because of the server switch.

I was wondering what the hell happened.

I had changed my avatar and 'sponsored' Bergie....then I got back on and that post was gone and my avatar was back to the old one. I wasn't sure what happen or of I was just drunk and was 'mis-remembering'.

Is the statue supposed to be him celebrating when he scored his 500th goal? That's what a friend and me were thinking.

The statue BLOWS BALLS. Hullie was a scorer. The statue should be of his follow through or him actually making contact with the puck. That is the classic Brett Hull pose.

Yeah, sorry Goon...there were some threads/posts that were lost when we moved servers.

But the site is a lot quicker now than before, which was the goal in switching...so that's a fair trade.

Ha ha! Couldn't believe he busted that out. Classic foot-in-mouth Bernie!

And you're totally right. I was REALLY expecting the statue to look pretty damn similar to that pic. I can't say I totally hate it, but there's a tinge of disappointment that it isn't a sniper pose.
