I actually thought Brewer played quite well and stuck up for Polak quite well, even though obviously Roman would have been perfectly capable of defending himself if he was in a position to do so.

He caught my I in the preseason, and he's kept it up through the first two regular season games.

I don't know why, or how long it will continue, but it is nice to see.

Call it as you see it though. Sometimes on this board we get carried away with reputation or bias against or for players.

I don't get a chance to see as many games as I would like and enjoy hearing from people that can give updates on how individuals did as long as it's fairly accurate.

Saw the highlights today and was just grinning ear to ear the whole time. Looked like the Blues are clicking a bit and it's great to see. But yea, once I saw the stat about the penalty minutes, my very first thought went to "Sh!t I hope Cam or someone else was suited up to drop 'em"

They had some good puck movement. Hopefully it will just be a matter of time before get some goals.

one thing I noticed is that they seem to be more often going for the one timer from the point instead of receiving the pass then settling the puck and waiting forever to shoot it. It's about time. Keep doing that and good things will happen.

I have a feeling we'll see the best of the Blues PP on the road. They should loosen up a bit.

On another Note, it was amazing how much more space the Ducks gave the Blues on the PP than the Flyers. Totally different PK strategy.
