I was wondering if the Blues were going to be victims of getting tons of chances but not putting the puck in again after they hit three posts and still hadn't scored.

They could have called any number of things on that play.

- Charge
- Hit to the head
- Leaving the feet

At full speed, I didn't think it was a dirty hit at first, but on the replay you can see Tootoo leaves his feet and his shoulder clearly hits Carlo in the head. Dangerous play when he never even saw it coming.

And then Strachan grabs him and starts whiping him around like a rag doll, wanting him to fight...but of course Tootoo refused to backup his cheap shot and drop the gloves...typical for him. He even took a dive and slammed into the net on purpose when Strachan first grabbed him, hoping to draw a penalty. God I hate that POS.

I laughed when Rinne got upset after the last goal when Perron brushed him after the puck went in. Talk about an overreaction.

The Blues are in first place as far as I'm concerned. 12 pts. in 8 games. That's a better points per game than anyone else in the division. Not their fault they've played less games than Chicago and Nashville.

Nice little revenge win. Hope Carlo is ok.

I'll tell you what, I wouldn't be shocked to see 4 Central Division teams in the Western Conference playoffs this year at all.

It's a DEEP division all of a sudden and the top 2 of the division will probably be fighting for or AT the top of the conference at the end of the year.
