8 GP, Halak has 7 starts. Conklin should play around 25% of the games so Halak isn't worn down by season's end. Granted, Halak will probably start tomorrow, because the Blues don't play again until Thursday, but at some point, Conklin will have to pick up games.

We ALWAYS trail in games played by more than just about anyone else until around midseason.

Management needs to stop requesting this stupid scheduling just in case the Cardinals get into the playoffs/World Series. Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.
They are just shooting themselves in the foot.

And let's say we get into the playoffs, the team might be a little more worn down than most teams because of more games played down the stretch.
