Please help, FlashChat is sucking big time... I sat in there from 7:15 - 9:00 and then got booted out, logged back in and someone was there, so i typed something, and it booted me again, its now booted me twice in the first period and a half

Maybe a new solution or a new version? I don't know but I sure miss being able to chat all night without have to re-log a hundred times.

Breaking News: Flashchat just kicked ss out too many times. ss has actually voluntarily left flashchat before the end of the game. Our sources are checking to see if this has ever happened before. Needless to say, stunning events tonight in flashchat. More to come.....(d5).

There are free chat client sites you could use until Flashchat gets fixed. I've used this site before: http://02.chat.mibbit.com/ for an online game. I think you just make up a channel like #letsgoblues and have everyone type that and their username in, and chat away.

The problem with that is that you could put anything for your username.
With the integrated flashchat we have now, it pulls from the user database of the forum, so the login is the same and someone can't pretend to be someone else. I just need to get it working properly. The problem is...each time I go in, it works fine for me.

thats the odd thing, for me at least. Last game I logged in around 5 pm, and it worked just fine till the first person showed up in chat around 9:10.. booted me out.
In the second intermission, I got booted out, then before the commercials ended I got booted out a second time.

I used to be able to log in before a game and wake up on the couch at 4 am and it would still be rolling... so odd.
