It's partly due to a state of shock. Kings fans do talk about it, but they've been very civil about it on this end of the world, then again in California you could wear any hockey team's jersey anywhere here and only the Original Six teams would get any notice.

I should post the pic I got. A week before the Blues and Sharks played in the first round this year, I took the Amtrak to San Jose to meet a friend, and the San Jose station is right across the street from the Shark Tank. Came down wearing my Bluenote and didn't get a second look from anyone, even when I had my friend take my pic standing on the steps of the Shark Tank with people around, and this was on a weekend.

California just doesn't get Hockey is what I think it really is.
