[UPDATED Again]

Apparently I overestimated the interest in my items. So I'm lowering the prices.

***************

I am selling some Blues items on this site.

Longtime members of LGB may remember that I have been giving away a lot of Blues stuff in the last couple years because of a move from Atlanta to St. Louis. See my postings on May 11, 2011, and Dec. 12, 2011.

I am not using eBay because I'm not seeking a financial bonanza. Rather, I seek good homes for the memorabilia items with die-hard Blues fans.

Here's are the five items for sale.

Item 1
Framed poster commemorating Brett Hull's 500th goal. I was in STL for back-to-back games. The first happened to be Hull's 500th goal. The second was this poster giveaway to honor his milestone. Framed poster measures 16" wide and 21" tall. Price: $5 plus shipping.

Item 2
Framed page from sports section of former StL Globe-Democrat paper about the Monday Night Miracle. Note the date is Wednesday, May 14, because the game ended too late to get a final score in Tuesday morning's paper. Framed page measures 18" wide and 21" tall. Price: $5 plus shipping.

Item 3
Framed poster of team picture from 20th anniversary season. Also shown are team pictures for previous 19 seasons. Framed poster measures 26" wide and 21" tall. Price: $5 plus shipping.

Item 4
Framed uncut sheet of Topps trading cards. Players on left side (top to bottom) are Steve Tuttle, Mike Lalor, Rod Brindamour, Gino Cavallini, and Paul MacLean. Players on right side (t to b) are Vincent Riendeau, Rich Sutter, Paul Cavallini, Peter Zezel and Adam Oates. Off top of my head, my guess is this is from the 1989-90 season. Disclaimer: Up close, you'll notice the sheet is slightly warped due to heat. Framed sheet measures 30" wide and 40" tall. Price: $5 plus shipping.

Item 5
Collection of every Blues media guide from 1967 - 2005. Total of 38 guides, eight of which are shown in picture. I collected these through the years in assorted ebay auctions, supplemented by the 2000s when I was season ticket holder. The 2005 guide, I think, was the last before the Blues started distributing the media guides on CDs. This has highest price because of sentimental value. Price: $50 plus shipping.

The items will be shipped from my place in Atlanta, so you will not be able to save money by picking up these in person. Shipping cost will include the expense of packing materials.

If you are interested, send email to hallplante [at] gmail [dot] com. Specify item(s) you want in rank order, and your shipping address.

If I have multiple buyers for same item, I would prefer to sell to someone who has not been able to take advantage of my previous giveaways. Otherwise, first-come, first-served. Anyone who think Mike Keenan was a good GM or coach will be automatically disqualified.

Let's go Blues!

I would completely dig Item 4 but my paypal account, I don't even know if I have a dollar in there anymore, let alone 5 plus shipping. Hell, I forgot my password. Edit: Yep, I have 68 cents in there, and the bank account I registered with has been closed for 3 years.
