No restrictions, other than once a player is picked, he is off the board.
And sponsors do not carry over from last season...so everyone and everything is available. (players, zamboni, top shelf, Louie, Tom Stillman, etc.)
Also... it is generally required to mention in your signature who you are sponsoring.
