I feel bad for the guy, due to a shitty huge contract he is stuck.
LOUUUUUUUU just admitted the same in a press conference. Seeing quotes on Twitter where he admits his contract sucks and would 'scrap it' if he could so he could be dealt. Don't see an athlete say that too often, especially when they're being paid as much as he is for as long as he will be.

Luongo looked as if he was going to cry during his press conference. Those reporters are huge dicks.

He has a huge ego, but he also seems to have a great sense of humor as well.

Poor James Reimer, its got to suck when you think your playing well(he is), but your managment is shopping for a #1 goalie.

Dreger just tweeted that the 7th rounder we get from Boston becomes a 6th rounder if Redden plays 1 or more playoff games for Boston.

Considering the Blues got Redden for absolutely nothing in the first place, getting any draft picks by trading him is a bonus.

I agree. Plus, if we had to trade one of our existing D-men, he's my choice. You look at our defense now:

Bouwmeester-Petro
Leopold-Shattenkirk
Jax-Polak

Russell
Cole

I think that is a pretty stout lineup. If they can pull things together, that defense really excites me and you've got some depth should someone go down during the stretch run and/or playoffs.

I'm glad JD and Jarmo will be out of our division at the end of this season.

Yeah...hopefully they traded away enough to keep them from competing this year, but they are going to be much better very quickly.

Will they be keeping them in a bowl of vanilla ice cream or perhaps a plate of cookies?

Don't feel bad at all. He can rot on the bench for all I care, while earning millions.

Forsberg is one of their better prospects. Well, was one of their best prospects.
