Kessel, 1967, etc. Here's the place to talk about the Leafs and the Bruins.
Discuss the St. Louis Blues, the NHL, or whatever.

Of course we do, remember that huge congrats painting we gave him....or was it a farewell painting????dmiles2186 wrote:Former Blue* Wade Redden with a goal and an assist last night.
*Do we count him as a former Blue?
Hah! I completely forgot about that...and that was the one game I attended. We got him his 1,000th game and all we got was a 7th round pick?APOD wrote:Of course we do, remember that huge congrats painting we gave him....or was it a farewell painting????dmiles2186 wrote:Former Blue* Wade Redden with a goal and an assist last night.

6th now that he has played in a playoff game.dmiles2186 wrote:Hah! I completely forgot about that...and that was the one game I attended. Good thing Army traded him to Boston instead of, say, Nashville. Of course that 6th round pick will turn into the second coming... after he's awarded to New Jersey for no good reason.APOD wrote:6th now that he has played in a playoff game.dmiles2186 wrote:Hah! I thought of that too, but I really hope they don't call it that. That's ours. I don't like to share.STLADOGG wrote:That is the Bruins Monday Night Miracle
Me too. Toronto would've exploded last night if they'd won that game, and by all indications it was looking like they were going to. I was incensed for the Blues dropping four games by 1 goal each. Can't fathom coming all the way back from a 3-1 deficit, having the game in your hands and then... I don't know. Shock and stunned disbelief.dmiles2186 wrote:Down 3-1 in the series, fighting back to force a game 7, holding a 3 goal lead in the 3rd, still up 2 with 1:25 to go.
Ball punching at it's finest. I don't say this very often, but I feel bad for Toronto Maple Leafs fans today.
