Not sure if anyone saw this, but the Flames put a goon line out to start the game, there was a line brawl, and in between the 1st and 2nd periods, Torts tried to take things into his own hands.

How is it Tortorellas fault (starting the games with goonery, I can't defend intermission shenanigans, oracle shits excepted) when the VISITING team submits a goon line as the starters, do you throw your 'skill' first scoring line go get keelhauled?

You don't go into the other team's entryway to their dressing room and try to go after players. THAT'S his fault. He can be upset, he can be angry. But he crossed the line with what he did.

Yea, I don't have any issues with what happened on the ice, but the dumb stuff with Torts off of it should have some consequence.

First of all the Flames coach is a puss, I agree it was his fault but face the music if your going to do that(Flames coach).
I was mostly talking about the "intermission shenanigans" though.

Tortorella got 15 days (6 games). A little more than I expected, but can't try to go in the other locker room. He has a somewhat unique ability to become the bad guy in almost any situation.

On TSN; they showed Tortorella going into the NHL building for his hearing. He had a stupid little smirk on his face. I'd love to see his face when he left.

That "smirk" is his normal look. It's part of the reason he's always slightly annoyed me. There's a definite douchiness about him.
