Flashchat Fixed

Well, it's not Flashchat, but we'll keep the name since that is what we are used to.
I have integrated a new chat into the forum and it uses your username...and it will also pull in your avatar.
It's accessible using the "Flashchat" button at the top...just like always.
Give it a go and let me know if there are any issues...and let me know what you guys think.
