Not familiar with the individuals who wrote it, but it's pretty weak sauce. Definitely doesn't measure up to previous years. Let me sum up:
Your players are piles of shit.
Your city is a pile of shit.
You are stupid.

Ditto. Guy definitely was wearing a "Wakey Wakey Backes" t-shirt while he wrote it.

If I recall, the crux of last year's was that St. Louis was a garbage city. I know it's supposed to be a roast, but some creativity would be nice.

Also, their statement that St. Louis 'loves' Barrett Jackman is entirely false.

Finally, it's Jon Hamm. I mean, if you're going to roast us, you might as well get the facts and spellings right. Good day, sir.

It's called satire guys - it's meant to be funny - not to be taken literally. Facts were clearly exaggerated in that article for impact. The intent though was to make one laugh and when I read it I did laugh a couple times - not at St. Louis or the Blues but by the satire in the article.

A couple themes however were factual and seems to be the consensus amongt the experts I've read or seen on NHL network - that being:
1) Miller is being the scapegoat for the series
2) Focusing on the goalie position at the trade deadline instead of picking up another sniper was a mistake
3) Backes did not have an impact in the 4 games he played in the series
4) Your powerplay killed you guys in the series

Oh it was definitely funny and I know it's meant to be funny. But it would be even funnier if they got some of the facts right. They got most of it right, I'm just roasting them right back, that's all. (Not that they'll ever read my thoughts)
