I know it isn't much but it look a little more powder blue-ish, which I fully support.

Absolutely make it so. I'm not as offended by the "apron strings" as others, but getting the traditional stripes back should help to appease the hockey gods. Every little bit helps. Not to mention, those old unis are just flat out sweet.

Not so much a new logo as it is a slightly different color scheme. Can't wait to see a finished product.

Gotta disagree here - I like the current one much better. And the old uniforms? Yuk. The ones you have now are much better and feel current with today's NHL style of uniforms.

The way I am looking at this thread is a jersey for the winter classic, or replacing those shitty 3rd jerseys we have now.

Says a guy who's home team has an "old school" looking jersey.

I'd rather have a retro look. I've seen a handful of concept designs that look a lot more retro, and are far better than what we have now.

Don't get me wrong, I think the jerseys we have now are nice...I own one...and I like it a lot. But, in my opinion, the traditional looking hockey jerseys are how hockey jerseys are supposed to look.

I don't mind the more traditional look with the stripes at the bottom, I just don't want lighter blue or any more yellow.

The picture posted looks like a Cub Scout team imo. Looks like kids PJs. Terrible.

If we went with something closer to the look before the new jerseys I would be fine with that.

I like the 3rd jerseys... a great deal, actually.

I'm down with anything that doesn't suck total balls. This doesn't do that, so it's cool with me. I was just worried from previous posts about new logos/jerseys that they were going to try and make the arch a part of the primary logo. Now that would be something that would suck total balls. Leave the note as it is, tweak the colors some if you want, but that's all I want to see.

compare to the new google-logo, it's a massive change!

They put Robby Rod Roddy or whoever our draft pick was in the third jersey... that kid is cursed..

A lighter blue would be great, also yellow piping can leave, and get a horizontal yellow stripe at the bottom of the jersey.

AND MAKE THE NUMBERS ON THE OVERUSED THIRD JERSEY YELLOW

Yea, anyone else find it kind of odd that they used the third jersey at the draft? Maybe the main ones are in the shop getting revised....or maybe I'm reading too much into it.

I almost guarantee that's it. You use your primary for these sorts of things...unless your primary is about to change.
