An 8:30 local time start on a weeknight?? The game won't be over till 11pm! Not till midnight on the east coast. Is the NHL trying to drive fans off??

I updated the OP with nhl.com information just now.. I like waiting for that, and there (SURPRISE) seems to be conflict between the two.

ps- i wish we were vancouver and calgary, they are playing regular times (for their timezone) each game that is scheduled, not this retarded afternoon shit and later games.

Since you follow the greatest game on Earth, you'd realize this is nothing new. They do this all the time.

do you enjoy watching games on tv?

Because that's the reason for the schedule. been like this for at least 2 decades now. Get over it.

I think Mike Yeo really isn't that great a coach. He caught lightning in a bottle with Dubnyk, who has always been a great goalie trapped on shit teams.

Game 2 conflicts with Game 2 of the Wings/Bolts series. Both are scheduled to be on NBC. Being located in Tampa, I'm probably not going to be able to watch it on tv.

That's what scares me about Minnesota. We've seen a hot goalie single-handedly win playoff series for their team. The Wild have weapons in front of Dubnyk too, it's not like he's alone back there...

Blues in 7. It's going to be close, this is going to be a rough series.

The local sports networks have priority coverage in round one.

It should be on Trampas normal channel, you should have the Blues.

Wild in 6 games.

I am purely objective with my pics. I analyze it like a science project. The Wild beat the division champs last year, the Avs. Besides the last game of the season the Wild have a winning record against the Blues and match up very well against them. Don't forget the Blues are carrying an 800 pound gorilla on their backs.

If the Blues played the Hawks this year I'd pick the Blues in 5 or 6 games. Chicago didn't look very good down the stretch. The other team I feel confident the Blues can beat is Calgary. But all the other playoff teams are a close call.

I fully admit I could be totally wrong like we ALL could. No one has a crystal ball. The Blues could sweep the Wild or the Wild could sweep the Blues! It's a brand new season so no one really knows!

There is a 0% chance that everyone is wrong.

Or nobody could sweep! It's a mystery!

Not true at all. Unless the people on this board pick every single possibility between the Wild and the Blues then certainly we could ALL be wrong!
