Lehtera

I guess he figured out that his NHL career plans weren't going to work out for much longer. Memo to Jori... compensating by being part of a cocaine ring is probably not a good alternative.

I wouldn't jump to any conclusion on him actually being a ring member but they must have found some money trail leading to him, which could at least indicate frequent consumption. That would explain precipitous and consistent drop in production over the past few years.

Either way, the Schenn trade looks even better now! Well done Army!!

Well, the cocaine ring was busted in his apartment - so there is that.

Where's that info coming from? All I saw was that his house in Finland was raided.

Hmmm. I hope this is not related to the "chemistry" he supposedly had with Tarasenko...

He was a salary dump anyway, it wasn't like Lehtera was some pivotal part of the Schenn trade. Philly didn't actually "want" him, they were just seeing what they could get out of him as a contract that they had to take on as part of the deal. So I don't think it really effects anything wise on Army's end either way.
