Hate hate hate to see this happen to Blais. His confidence has been growing game by game, and his stick-handling is becoming absolutely filthy. Breaking the right wrist really sucks since he's a LH shot. Grrrrrr

Or Walker whose been tearing it up for San Antonio. The line of Vechione-Walker-Kyrou has been darn near unstoppable and it was like that before Kyrou came back.

Sucks as he has looked really solid. Way better than I expected.

AHL league season stats
Walker is 3rd in points, 2nd in goals
Vecchione is 5th in goals and 3rd in +/- which while not the best stat is really good for a center
Pouliot is 6th in assists

Kyrou has 4G, 5A, in 8 games - so he's found his form already.

There are options other than veterans, but Armstrong doesn't want to lose too much veteran presence.

Does Vecchione know how to pass a puck? I think he has 9 goals to 0 assists.

I fully expect Kyrou to be brought up within another 2 weeks. The Blues need to add scoring, and this is a perfect time to see what he can do. He can replace De LaRose on the NHL roster, and the 11-14th forwards can be rotated in and out, with no player sitting in the press box very much.
