Brewers actually were pulling off what management hoped they would: That the bats would compensate the pitching. That worked for all of half the season. This team has sunk bad right there with the Cubs. The true depth teams came out this year- as usual.

Good luck Cards fans in the playoffs, hopefully the Brew Crew will get Weeks back for all of next season to make our matchups interesting again, and who knows maybe even a miracle will happen and Chris Capuano and Ben Sheets will throw a baseball again. One can hope
