I was watching the Cards game tonight and saw Prince Fielder come up to bat. First thing I thought was "damn, did that guy gain MORE weight?!"
I have a hard time looking at him and calling him an athlete.

serious question: Is he a good 1st baseman?

He's got a great glove- I very, very rarely see him drop the ball or not able to stop it on an errant throw, etc. He can move alright given his size so all in all I'd say yea- he's a good first basemen.

I've had long hair most of the time since I was 13, and find 99.999% of the time someone tells you to get a haircut they're just bitter assholes about how old they are now. Hell I had a professor razz me once and challenged him into admitting he had hair to his ass when he was my age. Actually half the reason I always kept it long was b/c it fascinated me how much something as trivial as the length of my hair bothered people (usually 40 y/o white guys). Pretty lame to me how annoyed or even pissed off people get that you don't look like everyone else.

I didnt get it cut because of everyone bitching about it btw, i really don't care what they say. I got it cut because the lake is getting warm enough to go wakeboarding again, and last week my hair really bothered me and i couldn't do shit.
