Honestly, I would lean towards the online package, because the feeds are AMAZING. I've been disappointed thus far with the TV package's quality. Price is around the same, because I think that you can get the MLBtv Premium package (the online version) for $20 a month...maybe even $15. Definitely spend the extra few bucks and get the premium package, though.
