What minivan should I buy?

Don't try and talk me out of it. I've already owned 2 minivans (one was even pre-family) and I need a newer one pretty soon. Any recs? I owned a '93 Caravan, and currently have a '97 Astro. Thy don't make the Astro anymore, and I am leaning more towards a Honda or Toyota in the used market (no way I am buying new). Anywhere from 6k-13k is my budget.

I have no idea about what years are good and bad but I was in a newer Honda one the other day and I agree it was pretty nice. I miss my Civic. :(

No idea. I had to drive some vans in the last year for a dealer and I really liked the Honda's the best. I drove Ford, Toyota, and GMC's.

We have an '06 Toyota Sienna, CE with the 8-seat option. Wife told me to buy it, I did, it's good.

Yeah, we own a '98 CRV (wife's car) and she has been in love with Honda for 10 years now. My older sis has the '06 Odyssey, but she bought new and payed over 30k. I think inside, I know we will end up with an Odyssey.

I think getting your wardrobe squared away is just as important as your minivan choice. Make sure you have plenty of pairs of both Jorts (jean shorts) and Mandals (mens sandals) along with a fanny pack for your driving comfort and you'll be good.

honda, toyota... can't go wrong either way.

I researched the hondas heavily. I think anything in the last 5-6 years is gold. We have an 04 that we picked up about a year ago near the top of your price range. DVD, power everything, holds 7 people. captains chairs... it does the job, man, and drives like a car.
